I’ve spent my life mastering the intersection of peak performance, holistic health, and unshakable mindset. With a B.S. in Exercise Science and years as a published fitness consultant collaborating with brands like ICON Fitness, NordicTrack, and Rhone, I’ve helped thousands of people optimize their bodies and minds.

But my expertise isn’t just academic—it’s personal. I’ve faced and overcome neurological disorders, mental health struggles, and physical challenges to build not just a fitness model physique, but a body and mind that allow me to thrive in every aspect of life—business, relationships, and endurance sports.

An avid hiker and endurance athlete, I’ve conquered 10+ marathons, a Half Ironman, and am currently training for a Full Ironman—because pushing limits isn’t just something I do, it’s who I am.

Beyond the physical, I’m a psychology nerd and spiritual seeker, deeply immersed in mindset work and holistic practices. From mindfulness, yoga, and meditation to Reiki and Yoga Nidra, I integrate science and soul to create total human optimization—not just in fitness, but in life.

And while I push boundaries in fitness and mindset, I also express creativity in the kitchen. Fun fact? I was runner-up on a Food Network baking show judged by Martha Stewart—because peak performance and joy should go hand in hand.
